Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available or update after your order has been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, LUNA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, or events beyond our reasonable control.
